We are not responsible for any account suspension, content removal, or penalties imposed by social media platforms. Using SMM panel services carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for these risks.
10. Indemnification

- Accidental Duplicate Order: If you accidentally place and pay for the same order twice, you may be eligible for a refund for the duplicate transaction, provided you notify us immediately and before the duplicate order is processed.
3. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Generally Not Issued
We generally do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after an order has been placed or service delivery has begun.
- Partial Delivery with User Interference: If services are partially delivered and then you change your username, make your account private, delete the post/profile, or otherwise interfere with the delivery process.
- Expectations Not Met Regarding Organic Results: We do not guarantee that purchased followers/likes/views will engage with your future content, lead to sales, or provide any specific organic outcome. Our service is to deliver the specified quantity of engagement.
- Drops After Completion: Some services may experience a natural drop in numbers over time. While we strive for high retention, we are not typically responsible for drops that occur after the order is marked as completed, unless a specific refill guarantee is offered for that service.
- Account Suspension/Penalties by Social Media Platforms: While we use safe methods, using SMM services inherently carries some risk. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account.
- Incorrect Information Provided by User: If you provide an incorrect link, username, or other necessary information, and the service is delivered to that incorrect destination or cannot be delivered as a result.
- Orders for Services on Restricted Content: If your content violates the terms of the social media platform or our own Terms of Service.
- Funds Added to Account Balance: Money deposited into your Best SMM Panel account balance is generally non-refundable but can be used to purchase any of our services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email at support@best-smm-panel.net or through our Site's support ticket system (if available) within seven (7) days of the order placement or the issue arising. Your request must include:
